Create a web link that opens the recipient's messaging app with a keyword and number pre-filled. Safe to shorten, safe to send inside an SMS — the subscriber still taps send themselves.
Where to use it: inside outbound SMS campaigns (run it through the shortener first), emails, QR codes, and web CTAs. On desktop the link shows a "Text KEYWORD to NUMBER" instruction page instead of a dead end.
